Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Nonomeme, the company behind Revivre, when you use our service to build and publish interactive wedding stories. Please read them. By creating an account or using Revivre, you agree to them.
01The service
Revivre lets wedding photographers upload photos and video and turn them into a scroll-driven story that a couple and their guests can view online. We may add, change, or remove features as the product grows.
02Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything done under your account.
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current.
- Tell us promptly at contact@revivre.app if you think someone has used your account without permission.
03Your content and the rights you grant
You keep ownership of the photos, video, and text you upload. To run the service, you grant Revivre a limited license to store, process, adapt (for example resize images or encode video), and display your content, only for the purpose of providing the service to you and showing the stories you publish.
You confirm that you have the rights to the content you upload and the permission of the people shown in it, including the couple and guests, to use their images and details in a published story. You are responsible for honoring any request from those people to be removed.
04AI features
Revivre can generate draft copy and scene outlines from the prompts you provide. AI output is a starting point, not a finished product. It can be wrong or generic, so review and edit it before you publish. You are responsible for what you choose to publish.
To keep these features available and affordable for everyone, we apply rate limits. Do not attempt to bypass them or use the AI features to generate unlawful or harmful content.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to use Revivre to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Publish unlawful, hateful, or harassing material, or anything that violates the privacy of the people depicted.
- Break, overload, probe, or reverse engineer the service, or get around its security or usage limits.
- Resell or relabel the service as your own without our agreement.
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these terms.
06Fees
Where a plan has a fee, we will show it clearly before you pay. Paid features are governed by the pricing shown at the time you subscribe. If you are using Revivre at no cost, the service is provided as is, and we may change what is included in a free plan.
07Availability and changes
We work to keep Revivre available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will give reasonable notice.
08Ending the agreement
You can stop using Revivre and close your account at any time. Deleting a project removes its content from the live service. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
09Disclaimers and liability
Revivre is provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or content that you did not keep your own copy of. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Keep your own backups of anything important.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. We will update the date above and, for significant changes, let account holders know by email. Continuing to use Revivre after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11Contact and governing law
Questions about these terms: contact@revivre.app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any dispute will be handled by the courts there.
