What happens when I hit my storage limit?
New uploads pause, and that is all. Every gallery and story you already published stays live for your couples and their guests. Upgrade or free some space and you continue where you left off.
How many photos fit in my storage?
We optimize every upload, so a full wedding of about 2,500 delivered photos uses roughly 5GB. Studio's 250GB holds about 125,000 photos, which is years of weddings for most studios.
What counts as a video clip?
A short clip up to 90 seconds, woven into the story between photos. Studio includes 10 clips per story, Signature includes 20 at 1080p.
Do published stories ever expire?
Not while your plan covers them. On a paid plan every published story stays live. The free plan keeps one story published; anything beyond that goes offline but is kept for 12 months and restored the moment you resubscribe.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your plan until the paid period ends. After that the free plan applies: your first published story stays live, the rest go offline but are kept for 12 months, and video playback pauses after 90 days. Resubscribe and everything comes back exactly as it was. You can also unpublish stories yourself to choose which one stays live.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Cancel your current plan and pick the new cycle; you keep access until the period you paid for ends.
