Ask the couple for their picks
Album choices, print orders, and vendor lists, tracked in one place.
A selection is a named list of photographs on a gallery: the album, the prints, the frames the florist wants. You say what you need and by when, and Revivre tracks whose turn it is.
Make a request
Open Selections from the sidebar, or the Selections tab inside a gallery, and write the request:
- Name. What the couple will see, for example "Album, 60 frames".
- Brief. What you want from them. This is where you say "one per part of the day" or "nothing from the speeches".
- Who fills it in. The couple, or you.
- Deadline and how many you are asking for.
Requests only live on galleries, because the gallery is the only place a couple can see and tick photographs.
Three ways to use one
Ask the couple. They fill it in from the gallery. You see the count climb and the photos they chose.
Keep it to yourself. A list you fill in and never share, for the album designer or a vendor. The couple never sees it.
Propose a set. You pick the photographs, then share it. The couple either approves or asks for a change. A note on its own is never treated as a yes, because that is the difference between a settled album and a wrong one.
If you unshare a list, their answer is cleared. An approval of a list they can no longer see is not an approval of anything.
Read the board
Every request across every wedding sits on one screen at Selections, sorted by whose turn it is:
- Needs you. They have sent it, or asked for a change.
- With clients. You are waiting on them.
- Done. Settled.
- Yours. A list you are filling in yourself.
A row that is past its deadline is marked late, but it stays in the same column. A list they already submitted stops being late the moment it arrives, because chasing someone who has already delivered is the thing this screen exists to prevent.
Send a reminder
Press Remind on a row, or select several and remind them together. You can add a line of your own. The row records when the last reminder actually went out, and nothing stops you sending another.
