Prices checked August 1, 2026

Short answer

Pic-Time is the stronger sales engine. Revivre is the stronger delivery, and the one guests pass around.

Revivre suits

Photographers whose next booking comes from someone who saw the last wedding, not from a print order.

Pic-Time suits

Photographers who make real money from print and album sales and want the automation that drives it.

Pic-Time is a good product and the photographers who love it tend to love it for one specific reason: it sells things. The automated campaigns, the store, the album proofing, the way it nudges a couple toward a print order weeks after the gallery lands. If that is a real revenue line for you, Pic-Time is very hard to beat and this page is not going to talk you out of it.

What we do that Pic-Time does not

Pic-Time gives you a beautiful grid with themes, and a slideshow feature on the higher plans. Both are polished.

Revivre is not a grid with a theme on it. The couple scrolls through the day in the order it happened, with your video clips in the same scroll as the stills, and the layout is something you author rather than pick from a list. It is closer to a magazine feature about their wedding than a folder of files.

That changes who sees it. A grid is opened by two people. A story gets forwarded, and every person who opens it lands on something with your name at the top.

Where Pic-Time is genuinely better

Sales. Not close. The store, the automated campaigns, the print fulfilment. Revivre has no store at all. If prints and albums are a real part of your income, that alone decides it.

Unlimited storage at the top tier. Ours stops at 1TB with add-ons that stack. Theirs does not stop.

A cheaper first step. $8 a month against our €19. If you shoot a handful of weddings a year, that gap is real money.

Where the numbers favour us

Compare the middle of each range, which is where most working photographers actually sit. Pic-Time Professional is $25 a month for 100GB. Revivre Studio is €19 a month for 250GB. More storage, less money.

The entry tier is the same story from the other direction: $8 for 10GB is cheap until you have shot four weddings, and then you are picking which one to delete.

The thing that does not appear on either pricing page

Delivery speed. Every photo uploaded to Revivre is re-encoded into AVIF and WebP across a ladder of widths, and the gallery only ever fetches the width it is showing. A couple opening 800 photos on a phone at the reception is not pulling full-size JPEGs through a venue's wifi.

We spent more engineering time on that than on anything else in the product, because a gallery that takes eight seconds to paint is a gallery nobody forwards.

How to choose

If the gallery's job is to sell prints, use Pic-Time. It is better at it and we are not competing there.

If the gallery's job is to be the thing that makes the next couple email you, that is what we built.

Both have free plans. Put the same wedding in both, send each link to someone who was not at the wedding, and watch which one they reply about.

Prices and plan limits here were checked on the date shown above and come from each company's public pricing pages. Both change them, so confirm before you commit.

See it with your own wedding

The free plan holds a whole wedding, about 2,500 photos. Upload one, send the link to somebody who was not there, and see what they say.
